Meet the Founder

Jenn Tipton

Jenn has been guiding students of all levels since 2014, offering practices rooted in awareness, courage, and connection. As a dedicated teacher and community leader, she brings a steady, compassionate presence to her work—creating space for students to feel supported as they grow both on and off the mat.

Jenn’s approach is grounded in the belief that yoga should meet you exactly where you are. With intention and inclusivity at the core of every class, she fosters a welcoming, judgment-free environment where students can explore the relationship between body and mind, move through challenges with compassion, and build confidence in their own practice.

Her classes are both nurturing and empowering, offering thoughtful guidance and space for personal exploration. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to a familiar rhythm, Jenn creates an experience that encourages you to slow down, tune in, and move with purpose.

Jenn sees the yoga mat as a foundation for something larger—a place to reconnect with yourself so you can show up more fully in your life and in your relationships. Her teaching extends beyond the studio, grounded in a deep commitment to collective well-being and the belief that small, mindful shifts can create meaningful change.

At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful intention: to help cultivate a more compassionate, connected world—one practice, one person, one moment at a time.

Megan Burrows is an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, currently continuing her studies in Pranayama and Ayurvedic Nutrition. She teaches gentle, slow-flow classes that weave together breath, movement, and awareness—creating space to reconnect with your body and your energy, and quiet the noise of the mind.

Her approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that this practice should feel supportive, accessible, and real. Megan’s thoughtful guidance and clear, grounded cueing are shaped by decades of practice. With a background in both yoga and dance, she offers options that invite you to move in a way that works for your body on any given day. Her classes often begin with breath and reflection, move through steady, mindful flow, and close with space to rest and integrate. She draws inspiration from seasonal rhythms, subtle body practices, and the everyday experiences that shape how we show up.

Known for her ability to bring people together, Megan creates a space that feels welcoming, calm, and connected. It’s important to her to hold space for all bodies and experience levels—without pressure or expectation.

Off the mat, Megan’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through the communities she helps build and lead, including CreativeMornings and Valley Women Collab. When she’s not hosting or gathering people together, you’ll likely find her outdoors with family and friends or off exploring somewhere new.

At the heart of her work is a simple idea: when we slow down and reconnect with ourselves, we show up more fully—for our lives, our communities, and the people around us.

Noelia Núñez is a South American-born artist and RYT-200 certified yoga instructor. Her journey into teaching began as a personal exploration—a way to connect more deeply with herself and the world around her and has since grown into a practice she shares with her community.

Originally from Uruguay, Noelia’s life and work have always been shaped by the interplay between inner experience and the world around her. As an artist, she is inspired by light, color, and emotion—drawing from the natural beauty and historic textures of the Shenandoah Valley to create pieces that invite connection and reflection. That same perspective carries into her yoga teaching, where movement becomes another form of expression.

Noelia’s classes are rooted in gentle, centering vinyasa, offering a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. Her approach is soft yet intentional, guiding students to reconnect with their bodies and find a sense of steadiness within both movement and stillness. There is a quiet creativity woven throughout her classes, where each sequence feels like an unfolding—inviting awareness, presence, and ease.

Noelia continues to share both her art and her practice as ways of bringing people together—through classes, creative work, and community-centered experiences.

At the heart of everything she creates is a desire to foster connection: to offer moments of beauty, reflection, and calm that stay with you long after you leave the mat.
